Job Responsibilities

• Perform RF Optimization for GSM, WCDMA, LTE TDD/FDD

• Perform network resources audit and capacity management.

• Perform new features trial, activation and performance monitoring.

• To ensure good network performance for customer and achieve acceptance KPI/KQI, monitor and expedite for acceptance progress.

• Capable to identify root cause for performance degradation: interference, pilot pollution, weak coverage, capacity congestion, neighboring issues, overshooting and etc

• Perform Manipulation, Collection & Analysis of OSS/OMC/MR/MML Raw Data.

 

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.

• Possess  fundamentals of LTE/WCDMA/GSM/EDGE systems.

• Experience in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.

• Familiar with network traffic forecasting methodology.
